MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin men's basketball standout Steven Crowl has inked a deal with the NBA's Utah Jazz.Â
Crowl started in 141 games for the Cardinal and White and helped UW win the 2022 Big Ten Regular-Season Title. He averaged 9.7 points per game during his Badger career and 5.6 rebounds.Â
During the 2022-23 season, the Eagan, Minnesota, native averaged a career-high 12.1 points while hauling in 6.9 rebounds, and dishing out 2.5 assists per game. He put on a clinic against Bradley in the NIT tournament, posting a career high 36 points while grabbing 12 rebounds.Â
He became the 49th Badger to reach 1,000 career points in 2023-24 points and averaged 11.2 points per contest and a career-high 7.3 rebounds.Â
Crowl set a school record for field goal percentage in a NCAA tournament game after going 8-for-10 for 18 points against Montana. He also played in his 150th career game as a Badger against Michigan State, the fourth Badger to reach that mark.Â
Crowl joins former Badgers John Tonje and Micah Potter on the Jazz.Â
