2022 Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 60-meter high hurdles of 8.40 at the Windy City Invitational (Feb. 11); also finished sixth in the 600 meters in 1:22.18 ... finished ninth in a personal best time of 1:59.60 in the 800 meters and placed sixth in the 600 meters in 1:23.82 at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (Jan. 22)
2021 Outdoor: Placed 17th in the 400-meter hurdles (53.62) at the Big Ten Championships (May 14-16 )... finished second in the 400-meter hurdles (53.13) at the Wisconsin B1G Invitational (May 8)

2020 Indoor: Placed 29th in the 600 meters in 1:24.01 and was a part of the 4x400-meter relay that placed 13th with a time of 3:17.03 at the Meyo Invitational (2/7-8) ... ran the 400 meters at the Music City Challenge with a time of 50.68 (2/15)... Competed in the 400 meters with a time of 49.68 and was apart of the 4x400 meter relay that placed tenth with a time of 3:15.66 at the Big Ten Championships (2/28-29)
2019 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Big Ten Championships (5/10-12), running a personal bes ttime of 52.08 ... also competed with the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays... runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles in 53.44 and anchored the winning 4x100-meter relay that finished in 41.12 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3) ... competed as a member of the 4x100 relay that finished 23rd with their time of 42.00, as a member of the 4x400 relay that placed 25th in 3:14.67 and also competed individually in the 400 meter hurdles, clocking in with a time of 53.77 to take 19th overall at the Penn Relays (4/26) ... earned his second win of the season in the 400 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 52.33 at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (4/18) and also finished in 21st in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.32 ... Finished sixth in the 400 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 52.54 at the Sun Angel Classic (4/6) ... in his season opener, tallied his first event win as a Badger, winning the open section of the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.28 and went on to compete in the invitational section of the event, where he finished fourth with a time of 53.49 at the Aztec Invitational (3/23-24)
2019 Indoor: Took 17th overall in the 600 meters with a personal best time of 1:20.05 at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... finished fifth in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 49.92 at the Red & White Classic (2/15) ... took 12th in the 400 meters with a time of 49.98 and also finished eighth in the 600 meters, crossing the line with a time of 1:22.37 at the Power Five Invitational (2/1-2) ... finished fifth in the 600 meters with a personal best time of 1:22.32 and helped the Wisconsin "A" 4x400 relay squad to a third place finish with an overall time of 3:16.38 at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) ... took 14th in the 600 meters with a time of 1:22.49 and helped the premier Wisconsin 4x400 relay team to a tenth place finish with an overall time of 3:15.74 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19)
High school: Qualified for the state meet in the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore … conference champion in the 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles and 4x400 relay his junior and senior year … junior year took third in the 110 hurdles, fourth in the 300 hurdles and 10th in the 4x400 relay at the state meet … state champion in the 110 and 300 hurdles his senior year … broke the 300 hurdles state record as a senior … helped his 4x400 relay team to a runner-up finish at the state meet his senior year … named the Capitol Conference Athlete of the Year … also played Tier 1 AAA hockey for Team Wisconsin … was an AP Scholar and graduated with honors … high school coach was Kelly Hatch
