2023 (Redshirt sophomore at Maryland) Appeared in eight games and started in the Terps' TransPerfect Music City Bowl win over Auburn, earning bowl MVP honors … finished season with 128 yards through the air and one touchdown … posted a team-best seven rushing touchdowns and stood fourth on the team with 104 rushing yards … started and named MVP of TransPerfect Music City Bowl (Dec. 30), throwing for 126 yards and a touchdown, along with his seventh rushing score of the season … rushed for two one-yard touchdowns in win over Rutgers (Nov. 25) … recorded three one-yard rushing touchdowns versus No. 2 Michigan (Nov. 18) to become the first Terps quarterback with three rushing touchdowns in a game since 2014 … scored a touchdown on a QB sneak to give Maryland a 17-14 lead in win over Charlotte (Sept. 9) … rushed three times for 27 yards in relief duty in season opening win over Towson (Sept. 2)
2022 (Redshirt freshman at Maryland) Appeared in seven games … started two games vs. Northwestern (Oct. 22) and versus NC State (Dec. 30) … finished with a quarterback rating of 138.63 … completed 28 passes with a completion rating of 60.9%, passed for a total of 308 yards, and threw for three touchdowns … rushed for a total of 136 yards and a score on 34 attempts … completed one pass for 45 yards in Duke's Mayo Bowl vs. NC State (Dec. 30) … came in during the fourth quarter at No. 14 Penn State (Nov. 12), rushing for an eight-yard gain
… started first career game versus Northwestern (Oct. 22), leading the Terps to a win by completing 18-of-28 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown and rushing for 66 yards on 16 carries … came in during the fourth quarter of game at Indiana (Oct. 15) and led Terps to a win, leading the go-ahead drive and game-sealing drive, rushing five times for 53 yards with a touchdown to extend the Terps lead to 38-27 … completed 5-of-9 passes for 62 yards and a touchdown at Michigan (Sept. 24) to make it a one score game in the fourth quarter … threw first Maryland touchdown in win at Charlotte (Sept. 10), completing each of his three passes for 28 yards … saw first action as a Terp vs. Buffalo (Sept. 3).

- Was the 42nd ranked recruit in Virginia
- Did not take the field in 2020 due to COVID-19
- Compiled over 5,000 passing yards and 750 rushing yards over two seasons to go along with 59 passing touchdowns and six rushing touchdowns
- Finished his junior season with 2,677 passing yards, 31 touchdowns, and just six interceptions, earning All-State honorable mention along with First Team All District and First Team All Region honors
- Rushed for 405 yards and four touchdowns in that junior season
- Filled in at punter at times pinning three kicks inside the 20 and averaging 43.8 yards per kick
- Helped Lake Braddock to a 4-1 league record and 10-3 overall in 2019, which resulted in a playoff berth
