2018 Outdoor: Won the 200 meters with a personal best time of 21.79 and also earned a runner-up finish in the 100 meters with a personal best time of 10.90 at the Wisconsin Twilight meet (5/4) ... finished tenth in the 100 meters with a personal best time of 10.97 and placed eighth in the 200 meters with a PR time of 22.04 at the Spec Towns Invite (4/7)
2018 Indoor: Finished 23rd overall in the preliminary heatof the 200 meters with a time of 22.50, finished 47th overall in the preliminary heat of the 400 meters with a personal best time of 49.78, and helped the Badgers to an 11th place finish in the 4x400 relay with an overall time of 3:13.67 at the Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/23-24) ... placed inished fourth overall in the 400 meters with a time of 50.16 at the Wisconsin Shell Shocker (2/16) ... placed 11th overall in the 60 meters with a time of 7.23, ran a personal best of 49.85 in the 400 meters to place 20th overall, and finished 18th overall in the 200 meters with a time of 22.48 at the Iowa State Classic (2/9-10) ... in his first race of the season, placed 26th overall in the 60 meters with a time of 7.15 and placed 22nd overall in the 200 meters, crossing the line in 22.64 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (2/2-3)
2017 Season
2017 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 200 meters in 22.13 and eighth in the 100 meters with a time of 11.01 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/5) ... finished fourth in the 100 meter dash at the UW-Whitewater meet (4/29) with a time of 11.05 while also taking fifth in the 200 meters in 22.43
2017 Indoor: Took second during the 400 meters in 50.66 and placed fifth with a time of 22.54 in the 200 meters at the Shell Shocker (2/17) ... set a new personal record with a time of 22.47 in the 200 meters while also placing 47th in the 400 meters (50.58) at the Iowa State Classic (2/10-11) ... finished in eighth place in the 200 meters with a time of 22.74 and took 21st in the 400 meters (50.62) at the Black and Gold Premier (1/27-28) ... placed fourth in the 600 meters at The Dual (1/21) in 1:23.96 while helping the 4x400 meter relay team finish second with a time of 3:22.05 ... took fourth in the 400 meters with a time of 50.41 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14) while also helping UW finish second in the 4x400 meter relay

At UW-Oshkosh: Three-time All-American, placing second in the 4x400m relay at the 2015 NCAA DIII Indoor Championships, seventh in the 4x400m relay at the 2015 NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships and sixth in the 4x100m relay at the 2016 NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships … finished ninth in the 4x400m relay at the 2016 NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships … crossed the line fourth in the 200 meters at the 2016 WIAC Indoor Championships … placed sixth in the 400 meters at the 2016 WIAC Outdoor Championships
High School
Senior year finished fourth in the 400 meters and seventh in the 200 meters at the WIAA Track and Field Championships, earning team MVP honors … as a junior, was Wisconsin Valley Conference indoor champion in the 55 meter dash, 200 meters and 4x400m relay, setting a school record in both the 55 meters and 200 meters … was a state qualifier in the 200 meters and 400 meters, earning team MVP honors … did not compete sophomore year due to injury … was a state qualifier in the 4x200 meter relay as a freshman, setting the school record and was named team rookie of the year … also played football … coach: Jason Sinz
