2019 Indoor: Competed in the heptathlon, earning marks of 7.38 / 20-10 / 43-3 / 5-10 / DNF, including a personal best in the long jump before bowing out of the competition at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... finished 11th in the preliminary heat of the Olympic Development 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.83 and took 14th in the long jump with a personal best mark of 20-9 1/4 (6.33m) at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19) ... was the runner-up in the pole vault with a personal best clearance of 15-1 (4.60m) and took ninth in the preliminary heat of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.73 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/12)

2018 Outdoor: Took ninth in the javelin with a season-best toss of 200-0 (60.96m) at the Big Ten Championships (5/11) ... finished 11th in the pole vault with a personal best clearance of 14-7 1/4 (4.45m) and placed 13th in the preliminary heat of the 110 hurdles with a mark of 15.80 at the Wisconsin Twilight meet (5/4) ... finished ninth in the javelin with a mark of 185-8 (56.60m) and also placed ninth in the long jump with a personal best mark of 21-8 1/4 (6.61m) at the National Relays (4/27-28) ... placed ninth in the javelin with a mark of 175-2 (53.39m) at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/20) ... was the runner-up in the javelin with a throw measuring 187-0 (57.00) at the Spec Towns Invite (4/6)
2018 Indoor: Finished 16th in the long jump with a mark of 20-7 (6.27m) at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (1/19-20) ... took sixth overall in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.51 and placed fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 14-7 1/4 (4.45 m) at The Dual (1/13)

2017 Outdoor: Competed in the decathlon at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/22-23), finishing third in the 110 meter hurdles (15.22) ... placed third in the 110 meter hurdles with a run of 15.52 at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8) ... won the javelin at the Aztec Invite (3/24-25) with a throw of 201-6 (61.42m)
2017 Indoor: Placed 14th in the pole vault with a mark of 14-9 (4.50m) at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) ... finished eighth in the long jump at the Black and Gold Premier (1/27) with a leap of 19-8 3/4 (6.01m) ... placed sixth in the discus with a distance of 140-11 (42.96m) at The Dual (1/21) ... took fifth in the shot put with a mark of 45-8 1/2 (13.93m) at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14)

As a senior, was runner-up at the USTFA junior nationals and the Pan Am junior championships in the decathlon … junior year was named Texas Greatest Athlete Decathlon Champion and placed eighth in the decathlon at the USATF junior nationals … sophomore year qualified for the UIL 5A track and field championships in the pole vault, won the New Balance outdoor national decathlon while breaking the meet record … as a freshman, finished third in the decathlon at the AAU Junior Olympics, placed fifth at the Great Southwest Classic in the decathlon
Personal
Son of Joe and Simona Toliver … grandfather, Dimitru Oltean coached the Romanian national track and field team, grandma, Ghizella was on the Romanian national gymnastics team, father, Jo competed in football for Sam Houston State University … has one older brother, Cody … majoring in Zoology.
