High School: Competed in swimming for four years earning four varsity letters … state qualifier all four years … team captain two years … Academic All-State
Personal: Parents are John and Deb Pierce … has one sister, Allison … father is a pilot and mother is a teacher … father rowed at UW-Madison and sister swims at University Miami of Ohio … intended major is finance
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: I wanted to be close to home and UW-Madison has it all. No one ever says anything bad about UW. Also, both my parents went here.
What Wisconsin rowing means to you: I’m excited to be apart of such an awesome team. The team spirit and family feel this team has is like none other.
