Biography
High School: Competed in water polo for four years earning three varsity letters … was a starter for two years … spirit of the team award, First-Team All-Sectionals one year, and team captain one year .. also competed in swim and dive for three years
Personal: Parents are Tim and Heidi Drane … has one sister, Natalie, and one brother, Quentin, a senior at UW … father works in financial services and mother in retail at lululemon … intended major is elementary education
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: UW feels like home. I grew up coming here. My brother goes here, my aunts, uncles and grandparents went here. This is not other school with quite as much pride.
What Wisconsin rowing means to you: Pushing yourself to a place that you didn’t know you had in you and looking at your teammates knowing they too did something they didn’t know they had in them.
