Micah Potter proved his value from the moment he joined the Badgers active roster last season. Now, the senior forward appears poised to make the most of his first full season with the Badgers. The Ohio State transfer from Mentor, Ohio has appeared in 80 career games, including 20 starts. Emerging as one of the most valuable reserves during Big Ten play last season, Potter averaged 10.9 points (54.2% FG, 46.9% 3FG) and 6.9 rebounds in just 18.9 minutes per game. The 6-foot-10 forward broke out on the road at #20 Penn State, scoring a career high 24 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in UW’s win. Named a preseason candidate for the 2021 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year Award, Potter is also a standout in the classroom as a two-time Academic All-Big Ten student.
