High School: Three-star recruit by 247 Sports, ESPN and Rivals … finalist for Minnesota Mr. Football as a senior in 2019 … earned an invitation to Minnesota Football Showcase All-Star Game where he served as a captain … two-time Minnesota Football Coaches Association First-Team All-State selection … was named the Big 9 Defensive Player of the Year in 2019 and was a three-time Big 9 All-Conference honoree on the defensive line … led Winona Senior High School to four-straight state tournament appearances and a 43-5 record … posted 209 tackles, 51 tackles for loss, 17.5 sacks during his prep career … recorded 73 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and 5 fumble recoveries his senior year … collected 70 tackles, 18 tackles-for-loss, 7 sacks and 3 forced fumbles as a junior … as a sophomore, posted 58 tackles, 12 tackles-for-loss and 5 sacks … competed in baseball, basketball, wrestling and track … head coach was John Cassellius
