2020-21: Saw the ice in all 21 games with the National Championship team... recorded one point with an assist at St. Cloud State... had four blocks on the season and a +9 rating
2019-20: Despite a playoff schedule that ended early before the Badgers’ 2020 NCAA quarterfinal game against Clarkson, Grant played in 30 games this season helping UW to a WCHA regular season title … recorded two assists for a two-point season … had a +8 rating and seven blocks
Prep: From New Liskeard, Ontario, Grant is a 2019 IIHF U-18 World Champion after helping lead Team Canada to a gold-medal victory over the United States. She also suited up for Canada’s U-18 team in its annual series against the U.S. last summer and has attended several Team Canada Camps. In 2016-17, Grant won a silver medal at the Final Four Championship Weekend, and led her team to four tournament victories in 2017-18: the Stoney Case Showcase Tournament, the PWHL League Championship, the Final Four Tournament of Champions and the All-Ontario Tournament. Grant posted 15 points (5 goals, 10 assists) her junior season and 15 points (8 goals, 7 assists) during her senior season.
Personal: Daughter of Tracy and Gord Grant… has two sisters, Vanessa and Breanne… honor roll student at The Country Day School in King City, Ontario… also competed in track and field… enjoys watching Vampire Diaries, listening to Khalid and eating ice cream… intends to major in either law or business at UW-Madison
