2018-19 (Junior): Rowed five seat with third varsity eight and took 11th at IRA National Championships...rowed two seat with varsity eight against Northeastern and Holy Cross...rowed two seat with varsity eight at Stanford Invitational...rowed two seat with second varsity eight against Syracuse...rowed two seat with varsity eight and took third at Princeton Chase, and rowed three seat with second varsity four and took ninth at Princeton Chase...

2017-18 (Sophomore): Raced primarily in the third and fourth varsity eights... Raced five seat in the third varsity eight against Syracuse... Rowed in the two seat with the third varsity eight against BU/MIT and Northeastern... Placed fourth at the 2018 Eastern Sprints with the fourth varsity eight, sitting bow... Raced in seven seat with the second varsity eight at the 2018 IRA National Championships... 

2016-17 (Freshman): Raced with Wisconsin’s fifth varsity eight to first place at the Eastern Sprints (May 14) … sat six seat in the freshmen eight that placed first against Minnesota and MSOE (April 15) … also rowed a four to first against Minnesota/MSOE …  rowed the second freshman eights to 17th at 2016 Princeton Chase (Oct. 30)

High School: Rowed four years … 2016 national champion in quadruple sculls … participated in the Henley Royal regatta … also competed at the Canadian Henley 

Personal: Parents are Natalia and Alexander Bogdanov … has one brother, Leo … mother, Natalia, was a swimmer and runner during her college years in the USSR … major is undeclared

Reason for choosing UW-Madison: “For the great academics as well as the prestigious rowing program”

What Wisconsin rowing means to you: “Wisconsin rowing means everything to me. I get to continue my favorite sport at a D1 school.”
