2021-22 (Senior): Academic All Big Ten. Russell made an appearance in the Princeton Chase Four Final race and finished in 15th place.
2020-21 (Junior) : Rowed four seat with the third varsity and took first place at Marietta College (April 3)
2019-2020 (Sophomore): Team manager
High School: Played football for four years ... played baseball for four years ... played basketball for three years
Personal: Parents are Megan O'Neill and David Russell ... major is biology
