"One big reason I chose Wisconsin was the team culture and environment. I enjoy being part of something bigger than myself and celebrating team success alongside my own. When I step behind the blocks, I know I will be racing not just for myself but for the team. Madison also felt like a home away from home, with plenty going on but never in an overwhelming way. I'm excited to experience short course yards swimming and push myself to improve around the walls, and Wisconsin's academic fit made it the right choice."
