2016 Season

2015 Outdoor: Redshirt season ... Competed unattached at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/8) and finished seventh in the 110 hurdles with a time of 18.30, sixth in the high jump with a clearance of 6-2 3/4 (1.90m), and ninth in the javelin with a heave of 155-4 (47.35m)

2015 Indoor: Redshirt season ... Competing unattached finished fifth in pole vault clearing 13-1 1/2 (4.00m) at the Red and White Open (2/20)

High School

At the 2014 WIAA Division 2 State Championships for track and field, finished second in the 1600 meters in 4:13.82, third in the 800 in 1:53.72 and fourth in the high jump with a clearance of 6-6... also participated in the 4x800 relay that claimed second at the 2014 WIAA Division 2 Championships... finished sixth in the 800 meters at the Division 2 state track meet in 1:54.13... took second at the state indoor meet in the high jump and has a personal best of 6-8 1/4...in cross country, claimed fourth at the 2013 state cross country meet in 16:11.50... placed 11th at the 2012 state cross country meet in 16:26.29 ... played basketball at Monroe, earning All-Badger South Conference honorable mention accolades as a senior.

Personal

Parents are David and Cory Hirsbrunner...has a younger sister, Jordan...his dad competed in track and cross country for UW-Platteville... intends to major in civil engineering.

Why Wisconsin?

"I chose Wisconsin because of the great athletic programs, incredible engineering program, and rich tradition I have been around since I was a kid. Growing up in Wisconsin, only 50 minutes away from Madison, it's always a dream to someday be a part of this school."
