2016-17 Singles: Owned an 11-21 record, going 7-9 in tournament play in the fall … posted a 3-1 record at the ITA Midwest Regionals, advancing to the main draw … outlasted Xavier’s Sophia Abelson, 6-7, 6-4, 6-1 on Feb. 5 … finished her career with a 52-79 singles record
2016-17 Doubles: Picked up 11 wins on the doubles court with Kelsey Grambeau, Kendall Kirsch and Maria Avgerinos … went 4-1 at the Wildcat Invite with Grambeau, claiming victories over pairs from Iowa State, Iowa and North Dakota … went 5-3 in spring play with Kirsch …  owns a 55-70 career doubles mark
2015-16 Singles: Posted a mark of 12-15 in singles action, going 2-2 during the Big Ten season ... played at No. 5 and No. 6 singles ... won her spring season opener against Angela Lorenzo of #44 Houston, 6-0, 3-6, 6-4 ... registered Big Ten wins over Indiana, Rutgers and Minnesota.
2015-16 Doubles: Compiled a record of 17-18 ... paired with Ekaterina Stepanova for 27 of the 35 matches, including a 3-0 run to win the doubles award at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic ... during Big Ten action, went 5-6 at No. 2 doubles with Stepanova ... also paired with Lauren Chypyha and Nathalie Joanlanne.
2014-15 Singles: One of UW’s most improved players, she finished the season with a mark of 20-15, upping her win total from the previous year by 11 wins ... Held marks of 10-11 in dual matches and 10-4 in tournament play … recorded a 5-5 record during Big Ten play which included a victory over Rheeya Doshi of #23 Northwestern, 6-1, 7-5, on April 12, 2015.
2014-15 Doubles: Concluded her season with an overall record of 16-13 which included a 12-6 mark in dual matches … paired up primarily with Ekaterina Stepanova and together had a record of 15-13 which included a 6-3 record during Big Ten play … the duo’s 6 conference wins led the way for UW.  Â
2013-14 Singles: Finished freshman season 9-24 overall with a mark of 0-11 in Big Ten play ... played No. 4 and No. 5 singles ... opened spring season winning four of first five matches ... defeated Iowa's Morven McCulloch, 1-6, 6-3, 1-0 (6-0) in the fall for first career win ... tallied record of 5-12 during fall tournaments.
2013-14 Doubles: Owned an 11-21 doubles record, going 1-7 during Big Ten season ... teamed with Lauren Burich to go 3-1 at No. 1 doubles spot ... was 5-11 during fall season.
Before Wisconsin: Competed in the 2010 Fed Cup in New Delhi, India, 210Ks, Super Nationals, and Nationals...named Top 15 in Mid-Atlantic for 12-18's (ranked fifth in section 18's)...ranked second in Maryland...trained at the Junior Tennis Champions Center (2004-2013)...went to full time tennis academy (JTCC) for grades 9-12.
Personal: Parents are Robert Rider and Betsey Lister-Rider...has two siblings, Lexi, 20, and Robert, 14...coached by DJ Butler, Susie Babos and Chuck Kriese...enjoys relaxing and spending time with friends and family...majoring in Life Science Communications
Why Wisconsin? I chose Wisconsin because of its athletic and academic reputation. I love the energy and motivation that the coaches all have.
