2016 Indoor: Placed 12th in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Twilight with a time of 2:19.74 ... At the Red and White Open (2/19), took eighth in the 800 meters in 2:17.42 ... Finished 52nd in the 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/12) with a time of 2:21.15 ... At the dual meet against Minnesota (1/23), took fifth in the 800 meters in 2:19.83 and was the anchor of the 4x400 relay team that finished second in 3:55.26 ... Finished sixth at the Notre Dame dual (1/16) in the 600 meters with a time of 1:40.66. Was also a part of the 4x400 meter relay that took second in 3:59.49

2015 Cross Country: Placed 45th overall and 13th for UW in 17:03.2 (4k) at the Badger Opener (9/4)
 

2014-15 Season

2015 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/8) with a time of 2:18.56 ... Finished 11th in the 'B' section of the 800 meters at the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational (4/18) with a time of 2:20.81

2015 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 800 meters at the Red and White Open (2/20) with a time of 2:17.89 and also finished second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:00.91 ... Finished sixth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:28.98 and finished fourth in the 400 meters with a time of 1:01.13 at the Wisconsin vs. Minnesota Dual (1/24) ... Placed fifth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:20.63, while also finishing third in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:57.54 at the Wisconsin Open (1/17).

2014 Cross Country: Finished 44th overall and 13th for UW at the Badger Opener (9/5) in 15:24 (4k)
 

2013-14 Season

2014 Outdoor: Took sixth in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Open (5/10) with a time of 2:20.51 ... placed third in the 800 meters (2:15.12) and helped the 4x400 relay team win in 3:55.25 at the Tom Botts Invite (5/3)

2014 Indoor: Placed sixth in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Dual (1/18) with a time of 2:24.00

2013 Cross Country: Placed 17th overall and sixth for the Badgers at the Warhawk Invitational (9/14), finishing with a time of 24:16 (6K) ...Placed 27th for Wisconsin and 80th overall at the Badger Opener (9/6), finishing with a time of 16:13 (4K)
 

2012-13 Season

2013 Outdoor: Won the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Open (5/4) while competing unattached, finishing with a time of 2:15.14

2013 Indoor: Won the 800 meters at the Red & White Open (2/15) with a time of 2:14.12# ... finished 22nd in the 800 meters at the Cyclone Classic with a time of 2:18.43 ... placed 66th in the mile with a time of 5:18.18 at the Meyo Invitational (2/2) ... finished 20th in the mile at the Bill Bergan Invitational (1/26) with a time of 5:12.21 and was member of the 4x400 relay that placed 11th with a time of 4:04.20... was a member of the 4x400 relay that took fifth at the Wisconsin Elite Invitational (1/19) with a time of 3:99.60# ... placed second in the 1000 meters at the Panther Open (1/12) with a time of 3:02.02
 

High School

Parents are Robert and Ann Holtz ... has two siblings, older brother Kyle (21) and twin sister Alexandra (18) ... sister Alexandra also runs track at the UW ... involved with SAESO and SAAC ... organized the prom dress drive "Cinderella Project" for disadvantaged teens and collected 77 dresses and accessories ... majoring in biology
