2023-24: Played in 39 games for Wisconsin … recorded 24 points on 10 goals and 14 assists … tallied two goals in the 8-1 win over Bemidji State on Oct. 21 … enjoyed four points in the 7-0 win over St. Thomas on Jan. 13 … recorded a goal in the 2-1 victory over St. Cloud State on Feb. 3 … recorded 30 blocks, including six in the NCAA tournament

2022-23: Saw the ice in all 41 games for the Badgers … posted a career-best 28 points with nine goals and 19 assists … enjoyed a seven-point weekend against Lindenwood on Sept. 29-30 … tied her career-high for points in a game with four against Lindenwood on Sept. 29 … scored the game-winning goal against St. Thomas on Jan. 28 … completed the year with a plus-minus rating of +15 and 33 blocked shots

2021-22: Appeared in 36 games for UW, recording 12 goals and 14 assists ... her 12 goals ranked fourth on the team ... also recorded a +23 plus/minus rating and 24 blocked shots ... recorded two goals in UW's 8-1 win at Lindenwood on Sept. 24 ... enjoyed a career-high four point game at St. Thomas on Nov. 20 ... recorded two points against Quinnipiac on Jan. 1 ... tallied two points against Bemidji State on Feb. 25

2020-21: Saw the ice in 20 games with the National Championship team... scored first collegiate goal at Ohio State on Nov. 28... put two blocks up in series at Ohio State... scored four points over the season with two goals and two assists... finished the season with a rating of +6

Prep: From Erinsville, Ontario, Wheeler also has international experience as she's starred for Hockey Canada at the under-18 level. Wheeler delivered gold to Canada at the 2019 IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship when she scored the game-winning goal in overtime in the gold-medal game against Team USA to cap off a six-point performance at the tournament. In 2020, Wheeler helped Canada earn silver after a three-point tournament.

Wheeler played hockey regularly for both her high school team the Napanee District Secondary School Golden Hawks for four years as well as club hockey for the Nepean Jr. Wildcats U19 for club hockey for three years. Her senior year she also played for the Kingston Junior Ice Wolves. During her freshman year, she was named the Rookie of the Year for the NDSS Golden Hawks while helping the Nepean Junior Wildcats to tournament wins at Stoney Creek and Two Nations. During her sophomore year, she was named the MVP of the Golden Hawks thanks to a 50-point performance in only 15 games. She also helped the Nepean Junior Wildcats to a bronze medal showing at the PWHL Final Four. In 2018-19, she was once again named team MVP of the Golden Hawks and helped the team win the Kingston Area Secondary Schools Athletic Association (KASSAA) title while posting 20 points for the Nepean Wildcats. During the 2019-20 season, she posted 25 points for the Kingston Junior Ice Wolves in only 15 games while also recording nine points for the Nepean Wildcats in regular-season action.
