2020-2021: Sat in seat three in the third varsity eight in the morning and afternoon at the Big Ten Invitational (Day 1)... raced in the third varsity eight in the third seat at the Big Ten Invitational (Day 2)... sat in seat three in the third varsity eight at the Iowa Regatta... raced in race three and won against Eastern Michigan in seat three... sat in seat three in third varsity eight at the Big Ten Championships
2021-2022: Raced in second varsity four as the bow at the Cardinal Invite in the morning and seat seven in the afternoon (Day 1)... sat in seat seven in the second varsity four winning that race at the Cardinal Invite (Day 2)... raced in the morning in seat seven in the third varsity four and seat seven in the afternoon at the Big Ten Invitational (Day 1)... sat in seat seven in third varsity four at the Big Ten Invitational (Day 2)
High School: Rowed for four years, earning two letters and then going club... Went to Neira Champs those two years, Head of the Charles in a double and Youth Nationals in a single... Swam for four years, won the Providence Cup three years in a row then moved to state league and got third at divisions... competed in horseback riding through IEA and went to zones five times and nationals once

Personal: Parents are Lynne and Paul Czech… father is a chemistry professor and mother is a physics professor... has one brother, Ben … plans on majoring in civil and environmental engineering … Â

Reason for choosing UW-Madison:Â It has a competitive rowing program and the engineering program is also super good.
What Wisconsin rowing means to you: It means giving everything you’ve got at practice and no matter how hard you went you’re surrounded by people who did the same
