2021 Indoor Track: Finished third in the 600 meters (1:30.79) and aided the 4x400-meter relay (3:41.24) to fourth place at the Big Ten Championships ...  won the 600 meters (1:32.14) and placed fifth in the 400 meters (55.64) at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational ... won the 400 meters in 55.20 and won the 4x400-meter relay in 3:45.21 at the Hoosier Hills (Feb.6) ... placed fourth in the 800 meters with a 2:12.23 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 22-23) ... member of the winning 4x400-meter relay (3:48.68) and took second in the 600 meters at the Badger Icebreaker (Jan. 16)

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID19

2020 Indoor: Placed third in the DMR (11:05.47) and seventh in the 4x400-meter relay at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 28-29) ... member of the winning distance medley relay at the Alex Wilson Invitational (Feb. 22) in 11:05.27 ... won the 4x400-meter relay (3:41.45) and took eighth in the 800 meters, running a personal best of 2:10.19, at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 14-15) ... took second in the 4x400-meter relay (3:40.82), seventh in the 600 meters (1:31.39) and 10th in the 400 meters (55.91) at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 7-8)

2019 Outdoor: Finished 31st in the 400 hurdles in 1:00.53 and anchored the 4x400 team to a 17th-place finish at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/23-25) ... set a season best in the preliminary 400-meter hurdles at the Big Ten Championship (5/10-12) with a time of 1:00.11, took ninth in the preliminary 400 meters, and was a part of the record setting 4x400 relay with a time of 3:37.41... competed in the 4x100 relay that took third at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)... at the Penn Relays (4/25), took 19th in the 400-meter hurdles, set the school record in the 4x200-meter relay (1:38.95) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:37.85) ... took fifth place in the 400 meter hurdles 1:01.30 and also competed in the seventh place 4x100 relay and third place 4x400 relay at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (4/18) ... at the Sun Angel Classic (4/6), ran the 200 meters and took 12th place, the 400 meter hurdles finishing in seventh, and helped the 4x400 to a ninth place finish... competed at the Aztec Invitational (3/22-23) and was runner up in the 400 meter hurdles in 1:03.13 and took fifth in the invitational 400 meter hurdles in 1:01.86

2019 Indoor: Helped the women's DMR team to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championship in 11:21.71... competed at the Big Ten Championship (2/22) and ran a 1:32.24 in the 600 meters and also helped the 4x400 to a school record setting, runner-up finish with a time of 3:39.67... ran the 800 meter leg of the DMR at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/16) and helped set a school record, finishing the relay in 10:59.72... set two season's best at the Power Five Invitational, taking sixth in the 400 meters (55.82), was runner-up in the 600 meters (1:32.24) and helped the Badgers to a school record 4x400 time... finished fifth in 800 meter at the Indiana Relays (1/26) with a time of 2:12.79, 10th in the 200 meter with a 24.97 time, and helped Wisconsin to a second place finish in the 4x400... took eighth in the 800 meter dash with a time of 56.03 seconds and helped the 4x400 to a seventh place finish at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18)... won the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.75 and helped the 4x400 relay win the event with an overall time of 3:56.03 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/12)

2018 Outdoor: Finished 12th overall in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 55.03 at the U.S. Track and Field Junior Championships (5/18) ... finished 26th in the 200 meters with a personal best time of 25.01, placed 22nd in the 400 meters in 56.01, and was a part of the school record-setting 4x400 relay that finished sixth in 3:38.70 at the Big Ten Championships (5/11-13) ... placed 28th in the 400 meters with at time of 55.96 seconds and competed as a member of the UW record holding 4x400 relay team that finished with a time of 3:40.32 at the National Relays (4/27)...ran the 800 meters in 2 minutes 16.21 seconds to place 36th at the Mt. Sac Relays (4/20)...finished 20th in the 400 meters with a time of 56.44 seconds and competed on the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth with a time of 3:42.19 at the Beach Invite (4/21)...placed ninth in the 400 meters with a time of 57.18 seconds and 13th in the 200 meters with a time of 25.39 seconds at the Spec Towns Invite (4-6/7)...finished runner-up in the 800 meters with a time of 2 minutes 12.79 seconds at the California Collegiate Open (3/31)

2018 Indoor: Finished eighth in the distance medley relay with a team time of 11:32.75 and finished 11th in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:46.68 at the Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/24) ...won the 600 meters with a time of 1:33.73 at the Shell Shocker (2/16)...took 15th in the 200 meters with a time of 25.72, 14th in the 400 meters with a time of 57.13 and fourth in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:51.39 at the ISU Classic (2/9) ...finished 17th in the 400 meters with a time of 57.05 seconds and third in the 600 meters with a time of 1:35.14 at the Husker Invitational (2/3) ... Won the 500 meters with a time of 1:14.28 and finished 24th in the 400 meters with a time of 58:07. Placed 11th in the 4x400 relay with an overall time of 3:52.35 at the Dr. Sander Invitational (1/26) ... was runner-up in the 600 meters with a time of 1:35.37 and took third in the 400 meters with a time of 57.49 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/19) ... took third in the 400 meters with a time of 58.04 at The Dual (1/13)

High School: Senior year anchored her 4x400 relay to victory at the state championship and also was runner-up in the 400 meters and placed third in the 200 meters, won three Greater Metro Conference titles winning the 200 meters, 400 meters and 4x400 relay, won the 4x400 relay title at the W/TFA State Indoor Championships … as a junior, finished runner-up in the 400 meters and third in the 4x400 relay at the state meet, won the 400 meters at the conference meet … anchored her 4x400 relay to victory and finished runner-up in the 400 meters at the state meet as a sophomore … freshman year, placed third in the 4x400 relay and sixth in the 400 meters at the state championships
