Mitch Farrey serves as the Sports Operation Coordinator for men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s cross country, and men’s and women’s track and field. He handles all expense reporting, assists with team travel, NCAA championship travel, on-campus recruiting, home-event contracts, and other day-to-day operations.
Prior to coming to UW in 2013, Farrey worked for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville men’s basketball program in various capacities, helping the staff compile a 102-59 record from 2005-2011. In addition to serving as a graduate assistant coach for two years, Farrey also served as the assistant camp coordinator from 2007-11, handling the event planning for each basketball camp the school hosted.
Farrey graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2009 with a degree in business administration and followed with a master’s degree in project management from UW-Platteville in 2011.
