UW Women's Hockey to Air on TV

Time Warner viewers in eastern Wisconsin will have the opportunity to view the No. 2 Wisconsin women's hockey team in the near future. The remaining Wisconsin women's hockey home games will be broadcast tape-delayed by Time Warner starting this week.

The hockey games against Providence taped last Friday and Saturday at the Kohl Center with Adam Augustine and Molly Engstrom will be the first of four home series broadcast on Channel 32, Time Warner Sports, in about 200 communities stretching from Kenosha, Wis., to Marinette. This includes the Milwaukee and Green Bay markets.

Fans can watch last Friday's game against Providence at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18. Last Saturday's game will be aired on Saturday, January 20 at 6:30 p.m. Both games will be run several times.

The broadcast schedule for the remaining games is still to be announced. The additional games include a series with Minnesota State Jan. 26 and 27; Ohio State Feb. 9 and 11; and Bemidji State Feb. 16.
