Coach Bo Ryan was impressed with the red team's 21:6 assist to turnover ratio which helped them in their 72-67 victory over the white team. Freshman Jordan Taylor served as the floor leader for the red squad scoring 10 points, dishing out four assists and converting five of six free throws to ice the game. Madison native Keaton Nankivil had a stand out performance leading all scorers with 24 points and six rebounds. Even Coach Ryan was impressed with the sophomore's performance.
'It was Keaton's coming out party,' Coach Ryan said after the scrimmage. 'He was the difference maker. Red took care of the ball a bit better, but Keaton had his way.'
Landry led the white team with 20 points while Krabbbenhoft had a double-double (13 points, 11 reb.). Hughes backed up the white squad with 12 points, four assists and five boards.
