Softball announces Fall Festival

The University of Wisconsin softball team has announced dates and times for its 2009 Fall Festival. Goodman Diamond serves as the host as the Badgers welcome Winona State on Sept. 27 and Green Bay and UW-Parkside on Oct. 4.
Wisconsin and the Warriors of Winona State meet on Sunday, Sept. 27 for a doubleheader. The first game will begin at 11 a.m., with the second to follow at 1 p.m.
The following Sunday features a tripleheader of softball. Wisconsin and UW-Parkside will kick it off with a game at 11 a.m. The Rangers will then take on Green Bay at 1 p.m., while the Badgers and Phoenix conclude the fall schedule with a 3 p.m. game.
