Softball announces 2011 fall slate

MADISON, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin softball team has announced its 2011 fall slate. The Badgers will kick off the school year with a two-game set in Chicago, Ill. on Sept. 17 when they take on the University of Illinois-Chicago and Heartland Community College starting at 12:00 p.m.
Wisconsin returns to Madison and Goodman Diamond on Sept. 18 for games against Heartland Community College and UW-Parkside. Wisconsin welcomes DePaul to Madison on Friday, Sept. 23 and continues action at home on Sunday, Sept. 25, with games against UW-Green Bay and Kirkwood Community College.
