Badgers set to host two exhibitions at Goodman Diamond

MADISON, Wis.-- As the Wisconsin softball team continues to prepare for the 2017 season, head coach Yvette Healy has announced four dates for the Badgers' fall schedule.

Badger fans will have a chance to get an early look at the team as Wisconsin's fall season starts with the Red-White Scrimmage on Sept. 18, with first pitch set for 11:30 a.m. at Goodman Diamond.

The Badgers will host their first opponent Sept. 25, welcoming Illinois State for a doubleheader set to start at 1 p.m. at Goodman Diamond.

UW will then close out the fall season with a pair of road matchups in Chicago, traveling to face University of Illinois-Chicago in a doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. on Oct. 1, then taking on DePaul University on Oct. 2 with game times to be determined.
