MADISON, Wis. -- After a week off, the Badgers (10-11, 2-9 B1G) return to action on Sunday at Illinois (9-14, 1-11 BIG). Tip off is set for 2 p.m. from the State Farm Center in Champaign, Illinois.

1. LAST TIME OUT: The Badgers' rally was not enough to come back from a 16-point deficit, falling to Michigan, 76-70, in its annual Play4Kay Think Pink game at the Kohl Center on Feb. 3. Wisconsin was down by 16 points (65-49) with 7:44 to play in the game before an 8-0 Badger run cut the lead to 65-57 with 4:13 remaining. UW cut the lead to six (69-63) with 2:09 left as UW's full-court press forced six Michigan turnovers. Michigan went back up by 12 points (75-63) with less than a minute to play before Wisconsin scored seven straights but it was too late as time ran out on the Badgers.

2. MARSHA, MARSHA, MARSHA: Senior Marsha Howard led the Badgers versus Michigan, scoring a career-high 30 points, with 14 points in the fourth quarter alone. The 6-foot forward also made a career-high 11 free-throws and hit the second 3-pointer of her career. Defensively, Howard grabbed a team-high nine rebounds while adding two steals, and one block.

3. BIG BLOCKS: UW ranks second in the Big Ten in blocked shots on the season with 118 total, averaging 5.1 per game. For conference play only, UW ranks fourth in the same category with 52 blocks, averaging 4.7 per game.

4. SERIES TIE BREAKER: The all-time series between Wisconsin and Illinois is tied at 36-all, dating back to 1974. Home-court advantage stands true for the two teams as the Badgers lead the series in Madison, 23-11 while the Fighting Illini lead their home series in Champaign, 20-12. UW prepares to head to the State Farm Center for the all-time series time breaker. UW has won the last two meetings with Illinois.

5. SCOUTING THE FIGHTING ILLINI: Illinois fell to Purdue Thursday evening despite a strong start of trading buckets and the lead throughout the first frame. The Boilermakers found their rhythm both offensively and defensively to pull away from Illinois and seal the, 72-50, win. The Fighting Illini were led by junior Ali Andrews, who recorded her first career double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Illinois is on a nine game losing streak.
