Badgers head to Norman for NCAA Regional
MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin softball team (40-12) clinched its third-consecutive NCAA tournament bid and will head to Norman, Oklahoma for Regionals May 17-19.Â
Oklahoma is the No. 1 seed with a 49-2 record and the Badgers will also be joined by UMBC (30-22) and Notre Dame (36-16).
For the third-straight season, the Badgers earned a spot in the Big Dance, marking the eighth appearance in school history and the fifth bid under head coach Yvette Healy.
