Straight from the course
"We ran two young squads today, were impressed with the toughness and grit the Badger men and women showed, particularly on a course that was incredibly windy and muddy."
"On the men's side, we had another young group that got a little far back in the beginning, but closed the last few miles really well. Senior
Zack Snider showed experience leading our group, and we were carried along by some big performances from redshirt freshman Conor Perrault, junior
Seth Hirsch, and sophomore
Derick Peters. The men have some big races coming up, so we're looking ahead to some great racing."
