MADISON, Wis. — Winners in six of the last eight, Wisconsin returns home to face Nebraska on Tuesday at the Kohl Center. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. (CT) on BTN.
1) THE RETURN OF THE KING: Sophomore
Kobe King has emerged as a key contributor for the Badgers in his redshirt sophomore season. King is averaging 14.9 points per game in Big Ten play, which ranks 10th-best in the conference. He's also shooting an impressive 59.2% from the floor (45-76), fourth-best in the Big Ten.
2) BATTLE TESTED: The Badgers rank No. 22 in the NET Rankings (as of Jan. 21), which also lists UW as facing the third-toughest schedule in the nation. The Badgers have tallied five Quadrant 1 wins this season, the most of any Big Ten team. In fact, only two teams in the nation have more: Kansas (7) and Seton Hall (6).
3) BIG TEN BEASTS: The Badgers look to continue their strong play at home with Big Ten foe Nebraska visiting the Kohl Center on Tuesday night. Over the last 15 seasons, UW is 133-26 (.836) in Big Ten home games, the best mark in the conference.
4) CORN HUSKERS: Wisconsin leads the all-time series against Nebraska, 16-14, winning 10 of the 14 meetings since the Huskers joined the Big Ten in 2011. UW is 8-3 against Nebraska in Madison, including a mark of 4-1 at home since they joined the Big Ten.
5) SCOUTING NEBRASKA: The Huskers are led by sophomore guard Cam Mack who is averaging 12.9 points per game and 4.6 rebounds per game for UNL. Led by Fred Hoiberg, Nebraska has earned notable wins over PAC-12's Washington State, as well as Big Ten foes Purdue and Iowa.

#15 Michigan State 67, Wisconsin 55
No. 15 Michigan State ended Wisconsin's three-game road win streak with a 67-55 victory on Friday night in East Lansing, Michigan.
- Junior forward Nate Reuvers led the way for the Badgers scoring 19 points on 7-of-15 shooting, while also tallying seven rebounds and two blocks.
- Sophomore guard Kobe King scored 10 points, while junior guards Brad Davison and D'Mitrik Trice had nine points each.
- UW allowed MSU to shoot 46.6 from the floor, while UW shot just 35.6 percent from the field itself in the loss.
- Wisconsin was 9-for-11 (81.8 percent) from the free throw line.
ALL-TIME VS. NEBRASKA
- Tuesday's game will mark the 31st-ever meeting between Wisconsin and Nebraska in a series that began in 1904. The Badgers lead the all-time series, 16-14, winning 10 of the 14 meetings since the Huskers joined the Big Ten in 2011.
- UW is 8-3 against Nebraska in Madison, including a mark of 4-1 at home since the Huskers joined the Big Ten.
- The Badgers won a pair of games over Nebraska last season, including the most recent meeting in the 2019 Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals. However, Nebraska won the last meeting in Madison, escaping with a 74-63 victory.
