1. FILL THE BOWL, NOTCH A GOAL: The Badgers hosted their sixth Fill the Bowl Sunday playing in front of a crowd of 14,361 at the Kohl Center during a top-10 showdown with No. 6 Ohio State.

Senior alternate captain Abby Roque scored late in the third with a down-ice pass from senior Presley Norby to tie the Buckeyes 1-1 after OSU initiated a 1-0 lead in the first.

The deadlock forced a double overtime where sophomore Britta Curl ended a 3-on-3 OT with a bang as she netted the final goal of the night to earn the Badgers their first WCHA extra point of the season.

The number of Badger fans this year ranks second in NCAA history behind the 2017 edition of Fill the Bowl where 15,359 seats were taken.

2. ROQUE AND ROLL: Abby Roque has rewritten the Badger record books as she ranks ninth in school history in points with 165 after posting a two-goal weekend against Ohio State.

The 2017 WCHA Rookie of the Year ranks seventh in the program in assists with 112 and seventh in plus/minus with a plus 135 rating. Roque is also tied for second in the NCAA but paces the WCHA in game-winning goals with five this year.

Roque is improving her career year with 53 points and a career-best 23 goals.

3. IT'S ANOTHER MILESTONE: Junior Daryl Watts, senior Presley Norby and sophomore Sophie Shirley are enjoying a historic season at Wisconsin as each approaches a career point milestone.

Watts stands three points from reaching her 200 in her collegiate career. The 2018 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award winner continues to lead the nation with 67 points and is only three assists away from the school record for assists in a single season as she has 45.

Two more Badgers who rank in the top-30 in school history are nearing the century club as Norby sits six points from 100 with 94 career points, thanks to 38 goals and 55 assists, while Shirley is right behind with seven points from 100, thanks to 46 goals and 47 assists.

4. SENIORTY RULES: UW honored its senior class of Kristen Campbell, Alexis Mauermann, Presley Norby, Abby Roque, Maddie Rowe and Mekenzie Steffen before puck drop Saturday for possibly their last game at LaBahn Arena.

As alternate captain and goaltender, Campbell made her mark on the Badger record books as she holds 88 career wins, which rank fourth in school history, while her save percentage and goals-against average rank in the top-five. This year, the Brandon, Manitoba native is tied for the NCAA lead in wins and currently has the best winning percentage of any goaltender in school history.

An alternate captain this year, Mauermann suited up in 147 games in her career at UW and has 63 points off 33 goals and 30 assists. The Janesville, Wisconsin native has been clutch for UW as she has nine game-winning goals in her career including one this year against Minnesota Duluth.

Norby appeared in 149 games for Wisconsin and was named WCHA Rookie of the Month September and October her freshman year. The Minnetonka, Minnesota native 10 goals and 11 assists with the Badgers this season.

As the 2019 WCHA Forward of the Year, Roque played for the Badgers in 151 games. The Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan native represented Team USA earlier this year in the Rivalry Series against Canada when she scored a pair of goals to help the U.S. to a series victory.

Rowe appeared in 148 games during her four-year career in Madison holding 30 points thanks to 11 goals and 19 assists. The River Falls, Wisconsin native has been a versatile player positioning as a forward and a defenseman while at UW, earning WCHA Offensive Player of the Week her sophomore season.

Captain Steffen played 149 games for the Cardinal and White and ranks seventh in program history among defensemen with 83 career points. The Centerville, Minnesota native is enjoying a career year this season, posting a career-best six goals and 21 assists. Steffen was named the WCHA Defenseman of the Week twice this year while being named the WCHA Defenseman of the Month in October.

5. AGAINST THE BULLDOGS: The Badgers swept Minnesota Duluth earlier this year at LaBahn Arena as Mauermann scored late in the third period to give UW a 4-3 win before earning a 5-2 win over the Bulldogs in the series finale on Dec. 7.

UW has outscored UMD 25-9 and hold a 14-game unbeaten streak against the Bulldogs (13-0-1).

Since the start of the 2013-14 season, the Badgers are 23-1-4 against the Bulldogs, and they lead the all-time series with UMD 42-30-14.
