MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin women's hockey freshman forward
Sarah Wozniewicz earned WCHA Rookie of the Week honors for the second time this season after scoring three points over the weekend to lead all rookies, the league announced on Monday.
 In Sunday's 8-1 win over Bemidji State, Wozniewicz scored one goal and added two assists to collect her second career multi-point game.
The Cochrane, Alberta native leads all WCHA rookies in goals with seven while her 11 points are tied for the second most in the country by a rookie skater.Â
Wozniewicz last earned Rookie of the Week on October 4 after leading UW to a sweep at Merrimack. She was also named WCHA Preseason Co-Rookie of the Year.
The Badgers have a bye this week before hitting the road to face St. Thomas on Nov. 20 and 21. Puck drop for both games is set for 2 p.m.Â
