WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- The Wisconsin women's tennis team earned its fourth-straight win behind a convincing road effort, defeating Purdue for a 4-0 victory on Sunday.
 
The Badgers (7-4, 6-3 Big Ten) set the victorious tone early by clinching the doubles point. Ava Markham and Antonela Stoica were the first pair to win their match, 6-2, over Nathalia Wolf Gasparin and Zala Dovnik. Anna Makarova and Charmaine Seah sealed the doubles victory for Wisconsin by defeating Seira Shimizu and Zeynep Nap Ozturk, 6-3.
 
In singles, Markham won the first match for Wisconsin in straight-sets over Purdue's Ena Babic, 6-2, 6-1. Seah was the second singles winner while Stoica clinched the match-winning point for Wisconsin after her 6-4, 6-0 victory over Zala Dovnik.

Wisconsin will have another pair of road matches next weekend, facing Iowa on Friday, March 19, before traveling to Nebraska on Sunday, March 21.
