MADISON, Wis. – On the heels of knocking off No. 3 Purdue at Mackey Arena for just the fifth time in school history, No. 23 Wisconsin returns home for a clash with Iowa on Thursday night at the Kohl Center. Tip off is slated for 8 p.m. CT and will be televised on FS1.

Before the Badgers match up with the Hawkeyes, here's the Starting Five:

1.) B1G Win – UW forced Purdue to a season-low 24 first-half points and beat the double-digit point favorites, 74-69. A career-high 37 points from Johnny Davis kept Purdue on its heels throughout the matchup, but the Boilermakers could not find a way to limit the nation's second leading scorer from pushing No. 23 Wisconsin to the victory. Brad Davison added 15 points, while Chris Vogt and Tyler Wahl had six points each for the Badgers. The win marked the ninth victory for Greg Gard against top-10 opponents, which includes four true road wins.

2.) Davis Can Do It All - Playing like a National Player of the Year candidate this season, Johnny Davis led the Badgers in all five major statistical categories in UW's win at Purdue - points (37), rebounds (14), assists (3), blocks (2), and steals (2). Wake Forest's Tim Duncan was the last person to accomplish this feat on the road against an AP top-5 team in 1997.

3.) Moving Up the Ranks – Senior Brad Davison finished with 15 points against Purdue Monday night and moved past Trent Jackson for sole possession of 8th for most points scored by a Badger in his career. Brad is also now just 15 triples away from tying Bronson Koenig for the school's all-time 3-point field goal record.

1.    2,217 Alando Tucker (2003-07)
2.    2,147 Michael Finley (1992-95)
3.    2,130 Ethan Happ (2016-19)
4.    1,857 Nigel Hayes (2014-17)
5.    1,854 Danny Jones (1987-90)
6.    1,745 Claude Gregory (1978-81)
7.    1,736 Rick Olson (1983-86)
8.    1,552 Brad Davison (2017-present)

4.) 1 vs. 2 – As of Tuesday (1/4), this week's matchup against the Hawkeyes will feature the nation's top two scorers head to head. Iowa's Keegan Murray leads the nation averaging 24.5 points per game this season, while Johnny Davis sits at No. 2 nationally averaging 22.3 points per contest. Murray is a sophomore forward out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa who scored 35 points and hauled in eight rebounds in Iowa's 80-75 win against Maryland on Monday night. Davis has scored at least 15 points in all 11 games he's played this season, including five straight games with 20+ points.

5.) All Square – The all-time series between Wisconsin and Iowa is deadlocked at 85-85 with the Hawkeyes winning the last four matchups. UW holds a 53-30 advantage in Madison, including a 13-5 record at the Kohl Center. Iowa's Fran McCaffery is 9-10 against the Badgers.
