Wisconsin travels to the Pacific Northwest to take on Oregon and Washington
MADISON, Wis. — After an idle week, the Wisconsin men's tennis team continues its U.S. tour when the Badgers travel to the West Coast for a pair of non-conference matches with Pac-12 opponents. The Badgers head to Eugene to take on Oregon at 7 p.m. (CT) Friday and then to Seattle to face Washington at 11 a.m. (CT) Sunday.
1. Let's Go Leno!: Senior Lenard Soha is on a five-match singles win streak after his most recent matches at Penn and Princeton. In that stretch, Soha has collected multiple two-set sweeps, including victories over two ranked opponents in Princeton's No. 68-ranked Karl Poling (6-3, 6-5) and Auburn's No. 56-ranked Tad Maclean (6-3, 6-1).
2. Dynamic Duo: Wisconsin's doubles duo of Sebastian Vile and Robin Parts, recently ranked No. 55 in the ITA men's doubles rankings, continue to have the most success for the Badgers this season. Since going 3-1 at the second doubles spot, including a 6-3 win over No. 28-ranked Jan Galka and Tyler Stice of Auburn last month, the pair have moved up to the No. 1 doubles position for UW. There efforts at the No. 1 spot include a 6-2 win over Marquette's Stefan Dragovic and Tin Krstulovic.
3. Know the Opponent: No. 42-ranked Oregon is 5-3 on the season, most recently beating Loyola Marymount 7-0 and losing 4-0 to then-No. 25 San Diego. The Ducks boast the No. 16 doubles team in the country in Joshua Carlton and Quinn Vandecasteele, with a 13-2 record that will prove to be an intriguing match for the Badgers. On the other hand, Washington is 8-3 coming off a three-loss weekend against Ohio State, Georgia and Virginia at the ITA National Team Indoor Championship.

5. Up Next: After nearly a month away from Nielsen Tennis Stadium, the Badgers will host Western Michigan in Madison on March 5.
