Badgers play Wolverines in two-game road series
Here's six quick things to know before tuning in:
Rosters: Badgers || Michigan
1 -Â LAATSCH, TWO As: Sophomore defenseman Daniel Laatsch tallied a pair of assists on Friday against Notre Dame for the first multi-point game of his career. He made a shifty play behind the net to set up Jack Horbach to get the Badgers on the board in the first period before firing a shot from the slot for Charlie Stramel to redirect in front of the net for an equalizing goal.

Senior goaltender Jared Moe was nominated for the Mike Richter award, named after the former Badger great, it goes annually to the nation's best goaltender. Moe's four shutouts this season rank him tied for third for single-season shutouts at UW behind two seasons from current Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Brian Elliott.
Freshman forward and Badgers' leading scorer Cruz Lucius received a nomination for the Hobey Baker Award, given to college hockey's most outstanding player. Lucius averages a point per game with nine goals and 17 points for 24 points in 24 games.
