MADISON, Wis. - The UW men and women's track and field teams had a small field of competitors this weekend as six Badgers competed at two different meets.
Four Badgers earned personal best times and two set school records in the weekend competition.
Huven, Robinson set school records
At the New Mexico Collegiate Classic, senior Destiny Huven continues to shine, breaking her own school record in the 60-meter hurdles. She ran 8.05 seconds in preliminary round, improving upon her mark of 8.14 set two weeks ago in Iowa. Her time moves her up to fifth in her the NCAA this season and continues to lead the Big Ten. Huven placed third in the finals of the hurdles in 8.08.
Kiley Robinson tied her own school record of 7.31 in the 60-meter dash, finishing second in her heat in the preliminary round. Robinson improved her record to 7.29 in the finals where she finished sixth.
For the Badger men, senior Lawrence Johnson won the 60 meters in a season's best time of 6.60 which leads the Big Ten and ranks ninth nationally. Senior Colin Enz ran a personal best of 47.24 in the 400 meters, finishing seventh. Enz is now ranked third in the Big Ten and eighth all-time at UW.
Two Badger throwers competed at the Red Hawk Invitational in Ripon, Wisconsin. Redshirt junior Andrew Stone won the men's shot put with a throw of 60-1 ¼. Senior Olivia Roberts won the women's weight throw with a toss of 68-5 ¼.

The Badgers travel to Chicago for the Windy City Invitational at the Gately Stadium next Friday and Saturday.
