CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The Wisconsin women's tennis team dropped to the No. 9 North Carolina Tar Heels, 4-0, on Sunday, Jan. 26 in the ITA Kickoff Weekend.
The Badgers started slowly, going 1-2 in their doubles contests, conceding the opening point of the game to the Tar Heels. Taylor Cataldi and Ellison Reynoldson were able to nab a victory over the No. 20 ranked doubles team, improving the duo's record to 2-0 on the season.
Apart from that, the Badgers were not able to get much going in the doubles or singles matches. They were unable to get a win in any of their singles matches and the Tar Heels clinched the 4-0 win.
