MADISON, Wis. – In the Badgers' final regular-season dual of the 2024-25 season, the Wisconsin wrestling team fell 28-12 on Friday to No. 4 Northern Iowa at the UW Field House. 

Four Badgers secured wins throughout the dual, including two upset wins. 

The first upset of the night was No. 20 Zan Fugitt over No. 19 Julian Farber, in 133. The redshirt-freshman finished the season on a five-dual winning streak. 

The second upset of the night was from an unranked Cody Goebel against No. 19 Jack Thomsen, by dec. 9-3. An impressive showing, as this was only Goebel's third dual of the season.

No. 18 Nicolar Rivera had a decision win over No. 29 Trevor Anderson, 13-8.

No. 32 Luke Condon also earned a decision win against his opponent in the 174 weight class, Nick Fox, 8-1. 

Wisconsin finished out 2024-25 regular season at UW Field House, leaving a 5-12 overall record and 1-7 in the B1G Conference.
