Head Coach Kelly Sheffield
On growth in the Spring: "You're looking for growth, for the team and individually. The first few practices we're a little quiet, which isn't something I was used to. They were trying to figure out what it was supposed to look like and sound like. That wasn't the case by the end, each player had different bright spots throughout the spring. Anybody that watched us, including our players, would say we have talent and we can put it together. That's what preseason will eventually non-conference will prepare us for."
On Charlie's development: "I thought Charlie had a great spring. I think there is a different presence about her this spring than there was in the fall. I think her incorporating the backcourt and knowing when to incorporate them has been something that she has really grabbed onto."
