Molly Schlosser and
Emmy Wells, of the Wisconsin softball team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team, announced by the CSC Tuesday afternoon.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 17.
Hilary Blomberg – Sophomore, Psychology
- 2025 All-Big Ten Second Team
- Appeared and started all 54 games
- Led team with 12 home runs
- Led team with 41 RBI
- 3.72 cumulative GPA
Emily Bojan – Junior, Communications Sciences and Disorders
- Appeared in 51 games while starting in 30
- Led team with 24 walks
- Totaled a career-best 24 runs, 11 doubles and five home runs
- 3.525 cumulative GPA
Danielle Lucey – Sophomore, Health Promotion, Health Equity
- 2025 All-Big Ten All-Defensive Team
- Appeared in 52-of-54 while starting in 51 games in centerfield
- Finished tied for third for most home runs on the team with seven
- Totaled 91 putouts, seven assists, and just one error defensively for a .990 fielding percentage
- 3.594 cumulative GPA
Molly Schlosser – Senior, Health Promotion Health Equity
- Started all 54 games in leftfield
- Led the team with 17 doubles
- Led the team with 50 runs scored – the fourth Badger to score 50+ runs in a single season
- Surpassed career totals in doubles and home runs in the 2025 season alone
- Had 18 multi-hit games
- Second on the team with a .359 batting average
- 3.51 cumulative GPA
Emmy Wells – Redshirt Senior, Personal Finance
- Appeared in 53-of-54 games while starting in 50
- Ranked third on the team with 29 RBI
- Finished third in the Big Ten and ranked 49th in the NCAA with 12 runners caught stealing
- 3.787 cumulative GPA
