UW men’s basketball officially opens season on Nov. 3 at the Kohl Center

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin men's basketball team announced its 2025-26 non-conference schedule on Wednesday as the Badgers will tip off their season on Monday, Nov. 3 at the Kohl Center against Campbell. 

Wisconsin's non-conference slate is highlighted by: UW will also rekindle its in-state series with Milwaukee (Dec. 30) at the Kohl Center. 

Wisconsin will open the season with a pair of exhibitions, taking on Oklahoma at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Oct. 24 before hosting UW-Platteville on Oct. 29 at the Kohl Center. 

Game times and TV designations will be announced at a later date.

Single-game tickets are scheduled to go on sale to the general public in early October. 

The Badgers' home schedule will feature 17 regular-season contests, including 10 Big Ten Conference tilts.

Saturday, Dec 6 – Marquette
Friday, Dec 19 – vs. Villanova (at Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee)
Monday, Dec 22 – Central Michigan
Wednesday, Dec 30 – Milwaukee 

While the Big Ten has yet to announce the conference schedule, Wisconsin has already been assigned its home and away conference opponents for the 2025-26

The Big Ten season will conclude with the 29th annual Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament, which is scheduled for March 11-15 at the United Center in Chicago.
