MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin men's basketball team will take on Providence on Nov. 27 in its first matchup of the two-day 2025 Rady Children's Invitational in San Diego.
Tipoff is set for 4:30 p.m. CT, airing live on FS1. The winner will advance to the championship game on Nov. 28, matching up against either Florida or TCU, while the loser will play for the third-place honor hours prior. No time is set for the Nov. 28 games, though both will be aired on FOX.
The Badgers have recently seen strong success in Thanksgiving week tournaments, winning in each of the last two seasons. In 2024-25, UW took down UCF and Pitt en route to the Greenbrier Tip-Off title. The prior campaign, Wisconsin topped No. 24 Virginia and SMU to claim the Fort Myers Tip-Off.
The Rady Children's Invitational features two of Wisconsin's five high-major non-conference matchups. The full schedule can be found
