Badgers come up short against Wildcats

Multiple Badgers collect individual event wins
MADISON, Wis. — The No. 19 Wisconsin men's swim and dive team fell to the No. 25 Northwestern Wildcats, 161-133, Saturday evening.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Yoav Romano dominated in the distance events, collecting a first-place finish in the 1650 free and 500 free. Freshman Enzo Solitario finished just three seconds behind Romano in the latter event, touching the wall in 4:21.67.
Dominik Mark Torok had a strong showing, collecting first-place finishes in all three of his individual events. The senior touched opened the night with a 1:43.76 time in the 200 fly, following it up with a 1:56.25 in the 200 breast and a 3:44.94 in the 400 IM.
Two other Badgers collected individual event wins. Freshman Adam Graham blasted a 1:43.71 in the 200 back, as Luukas Vainio picked up a 1:33.45 time in the 200 free

The Badgers return to Madison to host the Badger Invitational on Feb. 6-7.
