2021-22: Academic All-Big Ten… sat bow in the lightweight eight grand final at the IRA National Championships… came in second to Kansas State in the varsity four at the SIRA Regatta (Apr. 16)

2020-21: Sat bow in the lightweight eight at the IRA National Championships… competed in the lightweight eight as Wisconsin finished ahead of Boston University… competed in the varsity eight at the Lake Wheeler Invitational (Apr. 23) and ended just behind Duke

High School: Was a rower in high school …  placed 3rd in lightweight 4+ at Club National Championships and 4th in lightweight pair at the Canadian Henley Regatta…

Personal: Parents are Veronique Oomen and Leendert Jan Enthoven … plans on majoring in engineering …
 
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: I chose UW-Madison because I like the people both who go to the university and who are on the lightweight rowing team. I also love the team spirit the rowing team and university offer, and how this carries over in the engineering school in how people work together to help each other learn.

What Wisconsin rowing means to you: I have not yet been to my first practice yet, but the people I have met on the lightweight rowing team make the team feel very inclusive and friendly.
