Awards: Academic All-Big Ten (2018)

International: Invited to 2019 Under 23 Women's National Team Selection Camp

2018-19: Rowed in six seat of the varsity eight and placed second behind No. 7 Princeton while defeating No. 14 Rutgers and Columbia at the Princeton Regatta (April 27) ... sat three seat in the varsity eight at the Big Ten Double Dual against No. 13 Iowa and No. 20 Indiana (April 13) ... Raced in three seat with the varsity eight at the Pac-12 Invite, defeating No. 11 USC and dropping races to No. 1 Cal and No. 3 Stanford (March 30-31) ... sat four seat with the varsity eight and placed second at the Cardinal Invitational (March 17)

2017-18: Sat three seat with the second varsity four and finished fourth at the Big Ten championships (May 13) ... raced stroke with the second varsity four and took first at the Frozen/Sunshine Regatta (March 31) ... 2018 Academic All Big Ten Honoree

2016-17: Placed first in two races at the Big Ten Double Dual with the second novice eight (4/8) … raced to a fourth-place finish with an open eight at Head of the Rock (10/9)

High School: Competed four years and earned three varsity letters in volleyball … elected 2015-16 captain … member of the track team for four years … four-time varsity letter recipient … nominated 2015-16 captain  

Personal: Parents are Diane and Paul O’Connor … has one brother, Sean … intended major is kinesiology

What Wisconsin rowing means to you: “It has become a family and stable place for me. Whatever happens during class or anywhere else I always know I have my team supporting me and pushing me to be my best.”
