The 2013 Nike Cross Country Nationals champion, he clocked a course-record time of 15:00.00 in the 5000-meter race and was also named the Washington Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year for his efforts ... placed fourth at the 2013 Washington Class 3A state cross country championship in 15:17.89 ... Wilmot had a season-best time of 9:02.50 in the 3200 meters and finished fourth at the Washington state track meet in 2014 ... during his sophomore year, he was third at the state track meet in the 3200 in 9:01.83 ... also ran a personal-best time of 8:57.66 in the event at the Shoreline Invitational in 2012.
