2017 Outdoor: Ran the 5000 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (5/25-27) finishing 23rd in 14:45.54 ... placed 15th in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:47.59 at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14) ... set a new PR (13:57.81) while finishing sixth in the 5000 meters at the Drake Relays (4/27) ... took seventh in the 1500 meters with a run of 3:47.67 at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/22) ... set a personal best while taking sixth in the 5000 meters at the Stanford Invitational (3/31) with a time of 14:03.91 ... finished ninth in the 5000 meters at the Aztec Invite (3/24-25) in 14:53.33

2017 Indoor: Placed 16th in the 5000 meters (14:25.01) at the Big Ten Championship (2/24-25) while also helping the Badgers take fifth in the Distance Medley ... set a PR in the 3000 meter invitational with a time of 8:08.79 at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) ... broke a personal record for the second straight week with a time of 4:09.42 in the mile (sixth place) at the Armory Invitational (2/3-4) and was a member of the Distance Medley team which took home second  ... placed eighth in the Elite mile with a new personal best time of 4:12.80 at the Black and Gold Premier (1/28) while also helping the Badgers finish second in the Distance Medley ... finished sixth in the mile at The Dual (1/21) in 4:21.19 ... took third in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.65 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14)

2016-17 Season

2016 Cross Country: Finished fourth for UW and 21st overall with a time of 25:13.7 (8K) at the Big Ten Championship (10/30) ... placed fifth for the Badgers and 92nd overall at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (10/14) in 24:56.7 (8K) ... Won the Badger Classic (9/23) with a time of 19:01.7 (6K) ... finished eighth for UW at the Oz Memorial Invitational (9/9) in 20:49.1 (4-Mile) 

2015-16 Season

2016 Outdoor: Ran to a 16th place finish in the 5,000 meters in 14:39.55 at the Big Ten Championships (5/13-15) ... Began his outdoor campaign this season with a third place finish in the 3,000 meters in 8:27.37 at the Aztec Invitational (3/24-26)

2016 Indoor: Finished third in his section of the mile with a time of 4:11.21 and third in the 1500 meters in 3:55.03 at the Armory Invitational (2/6)... took fourth in the 3000 meters with a time 8:34.36 at the Wisconsin vs. Minnesota Dual (1/23)...ran to a second place finish in the mile with a time of 4:12.40 at the Wisconsin vs. Notre Dame Dual (1/16) ...

2015 Cross Country: Placed fifth for UW and 73rd overall at the Great Lakes Regional (11/13) with a time of 32:29.8 (10K)... ran to a 41st place finish overall and third for the Badgers at the Big Ten Championship (11/1) with a time of 24:29.1 (8K) ... placed third overall and first for the Badgers at the Badger Opener (9/4) with a time of 19:02.8 (6K) ... finished fourth for UW and sixth overall at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 26:09.9 (8k) ... finished 40 overall and second for the Badgers at the Greater Louisville Classic (10/3) with a time of 24:41.48 (8k) ... 2014-15 Season

2015 Outdoor: Placed 19th in the 5000 meters at the Big Ten Championship (5/15-17) with a time of 15:03.42 ... Finished fifth in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:49.82 at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/8) ... Won the 1500 meters with a personal best of 3:48.98 at the Musco Twilight (5/2) ... set a personal record finishing seventh in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:08.06 at the Penn Relays (4/23) ... in the season debut, finished second in the heat of the 1500 meters with a time of 3:50.19 at the Stanford Invitational (4/3-4)

2015 Indoor: At the Big Ten Championship (2/27-28) competed as part of the distance medley relay that took seventh in 9:48.47 ... placed 20th in the 3000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/13-14) with a personal best of 8:12.05 ... finished 11th in the 3000 meters with a personal best of 8:19.87 at the Armory Track Invitational (1/30-31) ... at the Wisconsin vs. Minnesota Dual (1/14), finished third in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:42.25 ... in his season debut, finished second in the mile with a time of 4:13.10 at the Wisconsin Open (1/17)

2014 Cross Country: Placed first overall and first for the Badgers at the Wisconsin Invite (11/8) in 25:36.3 (8K) ... As a senior, finished seventh in mile at 2012 New Balance Outdoor Nationals in 4:12.24 ... won 2 mile title at 2012 Midwest Distance Festival in 9:04.87, the third-fastest time by a prep nationally ... as a junior, claimed Wisconsin Division 1 state title in 1600 meters in 4:12.98 and was state runner-up in 3200 meters (9:20.37) and 4x800 relay (7:54.10) ... senior year, finished second in 4x800 relay (7:42.37), fourth in 1600 meters (4:11.39) and eighth in 3200 meters (9:27.25) ... as a sophomore, finished sixth in 3200 meters at state meet (9:31.35) ... in cross country, took third as a senior at 2011 Nike Cross Nationals Heartland Regional in 15:31.6 ... helped Arrowhead to back-to-back Wisconsin Division 1 state titles as junior in 2010 and senior in 2011 ... 2011 athlete of the year by Wisconsin Track Coaches Association and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ... finished as runner-up at 2011 state meet as a senior in 15:40.7 ... as a junior, took sixth at Wisconsin Division 1 state meet ... finished 10th at state meet as a sophomore ... also participated in cross country skiing ...
