2018 Indoor: Finished 17th overall in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 10:52.34 and placed 15th in the 5000 meters in 17:23.36 at the Big Ten Championships (5/11-13) ... placed second in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 10:38.25 and competed as a member of the 4x1500 relay team that finished with a time of 18:45.65 at the National Relays (4/27)...finished 14th in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 10:38.24 at the Mt.Sac Relays (4/20)...won the 5000 meters with a time of 16:42.77 at the ISU Classic (2/9) ...took fifth in the 3000 meters with a time of 10:09.03 at The Dual (1/13)

2017 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 10:29.86 in the steeplechase at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14) to place ninth ... won the steeplechase at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/5) in a season-best 10:41.82 ... placed 11th at the Drake Relays in the steeplechase crossing the line in 10:51.31 ... won the steeplechase at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8) with a time of 10:57.04 ... finished 31st in the 1500 meters at the Aztec Invite (3/24-25) in 4:43.90

2017 Indoor: Ran to a third place finish in the 3000 meters at the Shell Shocker (2/17) with a time of 10:00.96 ... finished fifth in the 5000 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/10-11) in 16:56.28 ... ran a personal-best of 9:45.03 in the 3000 meters at the Armory Invitational (2/3-4) ... finished sixth in the mile in 5:09.40 at the Minnesota Dual (1/21) ... won the 3000 meter run at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14) with a time of 10:05.89

Why Wisconsin?

"It has a great academic record in kinesiology, and was the only school I looked at that had this. It has an outstanding reputation on the cross country and track team, and I love the overall feel of Madison. Even though it's a big school I feel like I fit in and belong here."
