2019 Outdoor Track: Took fifth place in the 3000 meters with a time of 10 minutes, 7.66 seconds at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)
2019 Indoor Track: Ran the 3000 meters at the Red and White Classic (2/15) and finished in tenth with a time of 10 minutes, 21.58 seconds... took fifth overall in the 3000 meters with a time of 10:30.03 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/12)
2018 Cross Country: Did not compete

2018 Outdoor: Won the 3000 meters with a personal best time of 10:05.89 at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/4)... finished 11th in the 5000 meters at the UW-Platteville Invite (4/12) with a time of 17:27.55...placed third in the 5000 meters with a time of 17:45.02 at the Spec Towns Invite (4-6/7)
2017 Indoor:Â Won the 3000 meters with a time of 10:17.72 at the Shell Shocker (2/16)...finished second for the Badgers and 26th overall at the Illinois State Invitational (9/8) with a time of 18:32.5(5K)...ran with a time of 23:07.6 (6K) at the WI Mayflower Day Open (9/16) placing 14th overall and seventh for UW....Finished fourth for UW and 50th overall in the B race of the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (10/13) with a time of 23:33.7 (6K)
2017 Cross Country: Competed in the B race at the Wisconsin Pre-National Meet (10/13) and finished in 77th place with a time of 23:13.5 (6K)

2017 Outdoor: Redshirt season ... competed unattached in the 3000 meters at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/5) crossing the line in 10:31.53 to place second

Placed sixth at Wisconsin state meet in the 1600 meters and 3200 meters as a junior … finished third at state individually in cross country as a junior … also helped Sun Prairie finish third at state in cross country as a junior … won conference for cross country from 2012-2014 … took first in the 1600 meters in the Big 8 conference meet as a junior and a sophomore … placed fifth at state in cross country as a sophomore and sixth as a freshman … finished fifth in the 1600 meters at state as a freshman … along with taking sixth in the 3200 meters as a freshman … did not compete due to injury senior year … coaches: Matt Roe, Josh Markham and Paul Frank

Why Wisconsin?
Not only does it have a great Division I cross country and track team, but the academics are amazing- especially for research, and I want to go into science. The city of Madison has such a great atmosphere too and there is always something going on.
