2018 Outdoor:  Competed unattached in the 5000 meters at the UW-Platteville Invite (4/12) finishing with a time of 18:14.52

2018 Indoor:  Competed unattached in the 3000 meters and finished with a time of 10:50.10 at the Shell Shocker (2/16)

2017 Cross Country: Ran unattached at the WI Mayflower Day Open (9/16) and finished 17th overall with a time of 23:19.6 (6K)...Finished in 69th place overall with a time of 22:42.3 (6K) while running unattached in the "B" Race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational. (10/13)

High School

Senior year, won the Madison City Championships in the 3200 meters and placed third in the 1600 meters … as a junior, placed fifth in the 3200 meters at the WIAA D1 Holmen Sectional, finished third in the event at the Big 8 Conference Championship, won the 3200 meters at the Madison City Championships
